Shipping Information

Important Notice:

Effective May 16th. 2012, US Postal Regulations prohibit international shipping of any product containing lithium-ion cells or batteries. This includes APO, FPO, and DPO shipments.

Unfortunately, any order that contains batteries, and being shipped outside the US will be refunded.

All orders are shipped in the sequence that they are received. We make every effort to ship all orders within 48 hours. We do not offer over-night shipping. Sorry, but no special shipping requests can be honored. We want to be fair to all of our valuable customers without exception.

All packages that weigh under 13 oz. are shipped via First Class USPS, unless the customer upgrades to Priority mail. All packages that weigh over 13 oz. are automatically shipped via USPS Priority Mail. All packages are picked up by the USPS from the store daily Monday - Saturday. We have no control over what time the USPS will arrive, nor do we have any control over how long the post office will hold your package for processing and scanning, nor how long the USPS will take to deliver it once it has been picked up.

Shipping/processing charge for a package under 1 pound is a flat rate of $3.95.

Priority shipping/processing upgrade, or any package weighing 1 pound or over is a flat rate of $5.95.

We are not responsible, and can not be held liable for, any orders that are shown as delivered by USPS but are not received by you. If you have a concern about package delivery, it is highly suggested that you use the "Signature Confirmation" shipping option.

The United States Postal Service does a dismal job of keeping package tracking information updated. Please allow sufficient time for postal delivery before contacting us.
