This vapor is a result of the nicotine that is found in the cartridge, heating up by the atomizer device and creating vapor smoke, but without the smell of smoking real tobacco. According to The American Cancer Society, Many people mistakenly think that nicotine is the substance in tobacco that causes cancer. Nicotine is what gets (and keeps) people addicted to tobacco, but other substances in tobacco cause cancer.
